Thorn

This is another new character of mine; Thorn, a wingless male anthro gryphon. He's 24 years-old.

Thorn's birth name is Alexander Gray, but he legally changed it to Thorn when he was 19, making Alexander his middle name. He grew up in a poor household, not having much to his name, his mother being a single mom because his parents divorced when he was 8. He cheered himself up by playing the piano. He enjoyed singing quite a bit as well, and he always hoped that one day, his talents would get him a better life.
He moved out and went to college on a music scholarship. He originally tried out for basketball but didn't take a liking to sports. Despite having a bachelor's degree in education, he still decided to pursue music. He met Rylie, his current girlfriend, in college. And after meeting her twin sister and hearing about the band they wanted to start, Winterfang, he happily offered to be their keyboard player, which they accepted. Now him and Rylie are dating. Despite a kidnapping music video turning into a real-life kidnapping for him and his bandmates, he's glad to have found a place in life he belongs. He now has the lead vocals on a couple of the band's songs.

He has a very serious personality. He was a loner growing up, so he's only friends with those he's really close to. But despite having a few parts of his exterior that seem rough, he's really a nice a guy.

This character was made using the Black Feather Designs dark grey gryphon on SL. I did not create the avatar used.
Thorn, however, is still my character.
